What We Charge and How…..
TENANT PLACEMENT: $100 Up front processing fee, followed by $600 placement once tenant is placed.
Basic repair cost $75/per hour labor plus supplies
Heavy equipment operating for tear downs and land clearing billed at $150/per hour plus equipment fee
Property Inspections: $100 per Single Family, full report and photos provided. Multi Family units billed at $25/per door, full report and photos provided.
Property Preservation: Billed at $75/per hour, we do provide Net 30 billing for this.
Bi-weekly landscape for single family investment homes $50/every 2 week for front yards or $75/every 2 weeks for front an back yard.
We understand in the real estate world there are lots of things that are not needed daily and odd things that come up, that is why we always keep in mind that our pricing is not a one size fits all, we have to bend and change with everthing and everyone.
